Central Southeast Area Specific Plan

Historic Designation of Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church
The city council designated the church property at 207 E. San Joaquin Street as a local historic resource, recognizing its 100-year history and role as a community beacon in southwest Fresno.
Barstow Avenue Property Rezone
The city proposed removing outdated zoning conditions from a 3.3-acre vacant parcel on East Barstow Avenue so the property can be developed in the future. The original restrictions were tied to student housing plans for an adjacent parcel that have already been fulfilled.
